Our story

Some stories begin with chance, but ours began with something that felt almost written long before we met, two families living on the same road in Sri Lanka, yet somehow it took crossing oceans and finding each other in the UK for our paths to finally meet. It felt like life had been gently guiding us toward this moment all along. What started as simple conversations soon unfolded into something deeper: shared interests, spontaneous adventures, and a love for Sri Lankan food that always brought us back to our roots. Even in the rush of our hectic days, there was a softness between us, a sense of adventure that made everything feel alive. The turning point wasn’t loud or dramatic. It was in the quiet ways we cared for each other the small gestures, the unspoken comfort, the feeling of being truly understood. That’s when we realised this wasn’t just connection; it was home. Now, as we prepare to say yes to forever, our hearts are full. We’re grateful to celebrate this chapter with the people who mean the most to us, and to have you by our side as our story continues to unfold.
